WHAT IS A MINOR GUARDIAN PLAN?
Your Minor Guardian Plan is a carefully thought out and documented strategy on who will take care of your children immediately and in the long term in the event of an emergency. This plan also allows you to document your hopes and dreams for your children throughout their lifetimes in the event of your possible absence.
We created the Minor Guardian Plan not to scare parents, rather to give them tremendous peace of mind knowing that in the event something should happen to them, their children will be cared for by the person or persons of their choosing and not by the court.
